With our newly learned travel skills, we comfortably took a day trip on our own to Thionville and found the actual building where my Father-in-law lived while stationed there during World War II...as well as other sights he had photographed. She was informative, engaging and constantly upbeat. We liked the goal of the tour to equip us to travel around Paris on our own. Our tour guide, Antoine, was so gracious and considerate of our care and experience. I loved the tours of the different arrondissements. First, the hotel and its location were great.
